Terms and Conditions of Booking: Chris Linton
Introduction
Thank you for considering Chris Linton for your event! Please carefully review the following terms and conditions outlining our booking policies and procedures. By booking Chris Linton, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
General
"Chris Linton" refers to the solo artist and performer Chris Linton.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client (referred to as "you") and Chris Linton.
Any alterations to this agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Definitions

Client: The individual or organisation booking Chris Linton.

Event: The occasion for which Chris Linton is booked to perform.

Performance Fee: The agreed-upon payment for Chris Linton’s services.
Booking Process
To initiate the booking process, please contact Chris Linton via chrislintonmusic.com or by email.
Upon confirmation of availability, all relevant information will be sent to the client, including contact details, invoice, etc.
The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required non-refundable deposit.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £120 is required to secure the booking.
This deposit will be deducted from the total Performance Fee.
Failure to provide the deposit within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.
Contracts
A contract will be provided outlining the full details of the booking: date, time, location, Performance Fee, and any additional terms.
This must be signed and returned by the client to confirm the booking.
Expenses
The client is responsible for any additional expenses incurred by Chris Linton, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and equipment rental.
These will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in the contract.
Health & Safety
Chris Linton will comply with all relevant health and safety regulations during the event.
The client agrees to provide a safe, secure, and suitable performance environment.
Insurance
Chris Linton holds public liability insurance to cover any accidents or incidents during performance.
Clients are advised to obtain their own event insurance for wider coverage.
Artist Responsibility

Chris Linton will perform to a professional standard and make every effort to meet the client’s expectations.

He will arrive on time, conduct himself professionally, and adapt to the needs of the event where possible.
Client Responsibility

Provide accurate and timely event details, including date, time, and location.

Ensure suitable performance space, access to power outlets, and shelter if outdoors.

Be responsible for the safety and security of Chris Linton’s equipment and belongings.

Communicate any changes or updates in a timely manner.

Obtain all necessary permits or licenses for the event.

Provide time for load-in, setup, soundcheck, and performance as agreed.
By booking Chris Linton, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
